KONARK FILTERS developed Squeeze press Applies huge mechanical pressure on the sludge. Sludge feed, high pressure squeezing, liquid recovery and finally dewatered sludge discharge are all automatic.

Operation Sludge to be squeezed is fed in the feed hopper. This sludge gets automatically fed into the bottom chamber. It is then moved to squeezing area, where special squeezing arrangement applies great squeezing pressure. The chamber then moves to discharge area where the squeezed sludge is discharged out. And it returns to the feed area. Likewise the unit works uninterruptedly with a little manual work.
The state of the art instrumentation logic and sturdy design make it long lasting with very little maintenance.
